How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Ignore the Scale
Ok, I get it. I’ve been working out (cardio and lifting) and my weight hasn’t changed much.
It probably won’t change. Maybe it shouldn’t change.
I just have to trust that all this working out is converting fat to muscle.
I have to remember this.
